I bought a 2018 ford edge and the dealership persisted that I get the extended warranty, I'm regretting it now, I believe the dealership way overcharged me, on the contract the price and months were hand written in and he never went over anything with me, price or what it covered, $3000 for a 24 month gold plan seems extremely high.

i have platinum service contract and canot get my dealership to do good work, i need to change dealerships and avoid the 100 deductible, i paid 5500 for this contract and it is useless with this dealership

SO MUCH FOR PLATINUM COVERAGE! DON'T waste your money and time! I am extremely disappointed in the coverage and feel as if the wording on Fidelity Warranty Services' contracts is deceptive. I was told by the Dealer Rep, "Buy the Platinum Plan-- even if the A/C stops running cold they will cover it no matter what!" Guess what? NO coverage, just a contract with what appears to be circular references! A few months ago my key fob controlled fifth door (hatch back) quit working on my 2018 Toyota RAV4. Cox Toyota service dept in Burlington North Carolina researched and informed me that I owned an extended warranty through Fidelity that I had completely forgotten about 😳. Cox repaired the door handed me an invoice for zero cost to me 🤗. The door repair cost just under $1000. My warranty expires in April 2022 and I will most certainly continue another warranty with Fidelity!

Cancelled policy after trading in my vehicle in 08/29/201 got every excuse in the book check mailed to me to check sent to dealer to check sent to Bank of America still no check. Supervisor to call after every call two tho three times per week never a call. Employees are evasive no help. One of the fraud company i have seen , i cancelled my contract after selling car and request for refund , this company didnt refund single amount even after consumer court had asked this company to refund charges , Nancy is one of the paralegal team and simply put customer in a situation that you wont get refund for what you paid which is your money , stop using this company service

The company’s coverage is a scam. Unless you’ve been coached by a lawyer who studied the contract, their friendly associates will use your words to deny coverage. Should be illegal.

site is not user friendly. I have a car service plan and have had to call a rep everytime.

Jarvis is the man! He actually called dealers that I was interested in taking our car to to verify that our warranty would be covered after we had a previous issue with another dealer in town. He needs to be acknowledged for his unbelievable work ethic and customer service skills. Give him a raise!
