I contacted Fidelity to file a claim and the people I talked to were very nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions and it was very fast and efficient. Would recommend their services!

Hello, I wanted to let you know that I have been dealing with an agent at Fidelity to get a confusing claim paid and he was extremely helpful. I contacted Fidelity Warranty and spoke to a very nice gentleman name John Lodge, he was very nice and professional, he answered all my questions and concerns, he took the time to explain my warranty plan making sure I had a clear understanding on what is covered, he also gave me the resources needed that's covered under my plan, I just want to thank and acknowledge Mr. John for a job well done. He truly gave me a clear understanding when I was not clear on what was covered and where my warranty is accepted. Job well done

They did what they said they would do. Big repair more than the insurance cost. No problem. okay maybe a little slow but 1 week with only my deductible. I have to say thank you

This is the second time I purchased the Fidelity Warranty Platinum Plan and it pays for itself. My 2013 Hyundai Genesis' transmission was shifting hard between first and second gear. I brought it into my dealer, Peacock Hyundai of Columbia, they worked with FW and a module was replaced. This did not fix the issue (knew it would not), as after many posts on the internet but it was worth a try. Fantastic warranty company. Very impressed that they went deeper into the problem to make sure it was fixed right the first time. Had to make a claim within 3 days of purchase. They handled everything. I would highly recommend this company. I will buy from them again.
