I work at a Dealership as a service advisor, and Tim Kendall helped me make a warranty claim with ease and astounding customer service! My experience was pleasant and I would be happy to work with Fidelity again in the future because of it!

I contacted Fidelity after they (mistakenly) denied a claim submitted by the dealer where I purchased both the car and policy. I had to talk to a Fidelity supervisor, but he agreed that one item of the claim was clearly covered by my policy. I was treated professionally and courteously, and I received my payment promptly. I was disappointed that the dealer was not more helpful but I did find Fidelity responsive. I contacted Fidelity at my own initiative and also wish the dealer would have encouraged me to do so. I am so thankful for the superb customer service given to me by "Z" in handling my warranty coverage issue. Not only was the the problem handled with friendliness and genuine concern but also with the utmost professionalism. My family and I are facing financial hardships during this pandemic and this was truly a blessing to us. Thank you!

Mark Schmutz was AMAZING! My car broke down and i paid About $2,000 to get it fixed totally not knowing i had a warranty. I called Them very upset thinking i just Blew a bunch of money i didn't have to and he asked me to send him the receipts and had me a check cut the NEXT DAY! TEN STARS MARK!!!!!!

I am so grateful to this company!!! I want to thank Brett personally and all the workers before him that took my calls gave me in detail what my coverage was and advice!! They helped our family get our car fixed!!! Brett went above and beyond as too investigating in detail the car inspection and spoke to his supervisor as well. We work with Fidelity warranty company a lot for our customers auto repairs. They are always responsive and cover all the little things other companies might not cover. I love calling Fidelity because the wait times are minimal and the "questioning" is not generally needed as they understand and trust their vendors diagnosis. Wonderful warranty company. Always read the fine print to understand your coverages so you are not surprised when something comes up.

This company is fantastic. John L. was extremely helpful assisting me with a claim and even advised me of additional warranty items that I could take advantage of and that would be covered by my warranty. I can't express enough what a great company this is.
