My 2014 Kia Cadenza needed a new entertainment unit which costs about 900. Kia called the service dept and took care of the radio with no cost. I didn't even have to be reimbursed; they paid the dealer direct which was great. I am looking to buy another car and looking for the same policy. Thank you

Having Fidelity has been a life saver on numerous occasions, when i lost my job and running off my saving and my car was acting up. I forgot i had Fidelity until i notice a charge on my account for a small amount I called Fidelity up and people there had assisted me saying that my warranty covers those type of issues i was having i went from paying a deductible and getting a new transmission replaced to a whole new engine at little cost to me.
