We were seated over thirty minutes past our reservation time. Once seated, we had to wait 1.5 hours for our drinks. Most of us opted to get appetizers in place of a dinner due to the extremely long wait time quoted to us by our server. Of a table of 15, 6 of us did not received our food in the 2.5 hours we were there. The food was terrible. I have been sick since I ate there 3 days ago. I’m pretty sure thing were not kept at proper temperatures at the food bars and there was most definitely cross contamination. I have a dairy allergy - do not come here if you have food allergies.

Food was horrible venue was dirty staff was ok I guess considering but food was terrible I will never attend this venue again

My family and I had planned to celebrate my daughters graduation dinner here, and were truly disappointed by our short experience. We made reservations but they simply didn’t respect it because they asked us 3 different times if we had a reservation. They were desorganizad and unprofessional. After about 5 minutes, they wanted to seat us outside(when we requested inside), in a patio all alone with nothing set up. Been about 6 years since dining there and will probably be 6 more. Only went for son's birthday. Food was usual (nothing special), service was super slow, but most of all had to wait almost 45 minutes to be seated even with a reservation. It was a party of 8 (yes everyone was there to be seated) and at 7:30 on a Wed night. Not for me. We ended up leaving because the food wasn’t what we were looking for, and my glass of wine smelled like cleaning liquid. I attempted to ask for a different glass but was told by the bartender that nothing was wrong with it - that the glasses were just cold - not sure how that would have made the wine smell horrid (I refused to even try it - it smelled putrid). We left the drinks at the table and walked out. I wasn’t pleased when I tried to ask for another glass and was told I was wrong.

Service was terrible. Squeezed us into a corner. Waiter would be gone for 1/2 hour at a time. Never came back and even asked if we wanted refills or dessert. Then at 2 hours the manager came with the bill and told us to leave because he had another party coming. We will never dine there again.

I booked a reservation for 15 people for my son's 15th surprise birthday party. I specifically booked here because of the DJ on the patio Fri/Sat nights. The DJ was a no show that night. Extremely disappointing! The table reservation was for 8:45pm as we were planning to surprise my son at 9:00pm. At 9:00pm the table still wasn't ready. My sister told them "look he's coming we need our table". And they finally got it together. Well, they got them seated without table settings. The service was horrible. Not what I expected, the chef who cooks the food in front of you was rude cracking insulting jokes about my business guests clothing. Food labels were cardboard? No one explained what it was all about . Do not use this place for a business meal!
