Will not be back! Food quality was below par. Staff was very attentive, but the restaurant was absolutely dead. There were 2 other patrons in the entire restaurant when I arrived and the end of my meal, there were only five. They only staff issue I encountered was a blonde gentleman with a ponytail, cooking food, he was very rude when there food order was messed up.

The overall place was really good the service was great but the food tasted old like the meats been sitting for a while especially the seafood. I did get sick after eating

To loud. More of a buffet now. Too crowded. No wonder people was taking there food downstairs to eat. Nice an quite

Good overcooked and no flavor even with chosen sauces. Waiter not attentive to table, kept having to ask anyone walking by for water refills and anything else that was needed.

I was si disappointed. We used to go to Fire and Ice when we lived in Boston when it first opened and it was such a great experience. Last night the food options were not great, the staff did not restock or clean up the areas consistently, and the options were much less than they used to be. The chefs were rude and unorganized and several other people's food choices mixed with mine. The building also needs a complete overall. The sink faucet was falling off, as was the bathroom door handle. Not the Fire and Ice I remember.

Our reservation was for 6pm on a Sunday. We were sat at the section that had the bartender as a server. He literally never came over to check on us after bringing drinks. We had a spill at our table and another server came to help and made sure we were OK. Manager never checked. No new drink was offered. When our waters were finished we were never offered refills even though someone cleared the empty cups off the table. They ran out of food options. Got instantly sick from the food. My husband got sick that night. I used to love it her but won’t be going back anytime soon.

Mala organizacion,demaciado ruido,solo disfrutamos los appetizers fui en familia y a ninguno nos gusto la experiencia,los cocineros fueron un poco groseros ante nosotros no entender como era la dinamica del restaurante,y la cuenta me parecio bastante alta,entiendo que para el lugar donde esta ubicado este restaurante deberia ser mejor 🙇🏽‍♀️
