Need for people cooking also the environment doesn’t look familiar at all. Higiene and a cosmetic job needs to be done. We drove an hour and we didn’t have a good experience.

Super slow service due to short staffing. Seafood options came out slowly and were gobbled up quickly without refill.

We had visited Fire and Ice around 2010 and thought it would be a fun place to bring our kids. It definitely seems like a place that peaked when we had last visited and now it seemed like a sad mall food court. The place was incredibly loud, the food was mediocre at best , the wait time at the grill was super long at 5pm on a Sunday. The guys on the grill seemed miserable. The food was overcooked, burnt. Everything is cooked the same regardless of what it is.

Cost a fortune- $155 to be exact- for 2 adults, 2 kids (who are almost nothing), one beer per adult and one dessert item per child. The cooks were so busy they left the kids noodles on the grill til they were charred so my kids wouldn’t touch them. Also seems like a perfect recipe for stomach bug. I watched the cook touch a raw burger with his cooking tongs and then immediately swipe my cooked food off the grill with the same tongs a second later. Looking forward to the puking I will likely be doing tonight or tomorrow.
Not a fan of the food. It just was not my vibe. I do not like buffets

I made a reservation for 6 people in August 2023, 3 months ago and we were seated at a high-top table, just like last year, there were other low tables for 6 available , which we asked for, but was still seated at a high-top table near the busy bar, was not an enjoyable birthday for my son and not a good experience. Disappointing again this year!

The idea is nice, but in the end your food gets mixed up with someone else’s. The pan where everything is cooked looks a bit too greasy and dirty. The food was not exactly good, just ok. If you’re into buffet style eating then I guess the price is also ok
