Couldn’t accept the credit card payment and made us wait 20+ minutes. Then then the check was wrong and they made us pay with cash. It was a strange experience. Food was ok, not the freshest. Shrimp smelled like Charles river on a hot summer day, and mushrooms had many brown spots on them.

I love this place so much but our total was absurd💀 they said they automatically add tip if the price is over 80 dollars but what the hell. They added a 50 dollar tip to my total but i feel that tip is something you earn. the only thing they did was sing happy birthday and give us drinks as the rest is all do it yourself. I was already planning on tipping but not 50 dollars. My total was supposed to be 285 but ended up being 335. absolutely insane. do better chat💀💀

Our waiter was nowhere to be found, food was over priced and we didn't realize it was essentially a complicated buffet where you have to guess at whether you will enjoy your meal. If you don't know how to make your own stir fry with someone else's ingredients and un-familiar sauces... good luck getting a good meal for $27 at dinner.

I did not enjoy the fact that I called for a reservation and when we got there our table was right next to the entrance and we got sat right next to a party of about 18 . Me and my date had to basically scream to communicate to each other. When I asked if we could be sat at another Location they said they couldn’t. I saw other open tables . I will not be going back there

Let me start by saying that I love Fire&Ice but this particular visit was horrible although the server was great but as far as the food I don't know if they were rushing or just not paying attention but some of the food wasn't cooked properly and they were very busy but I've been there before on busy nights and never had issues like this. The hostesses were rude and not helpful I ended up with three different receipts with all different amounts on them will be calling to speak to a manager

Our 1st servicer took our oder, 15 min past he never came with our drink someone else came and took our oder again took 25 Min to get our drink. After we where done eating we waited more than 10/15 min to be our bill, no sing of anyone until I git up and got another service to help us. Bad service

There were so many kids there , multiple school trips on a Friday at 6. The noise was next level and was so rushed . Drinks took forever to come . Save yourself the trip and go to a surrounding restaurant where you can enjoy your meal . Also was put at some makeshift table that was in the way of people, and had to be pulled away from pole to even squeeze in .

Place is dirty. Air handler needs replacing, air filled with grease and smoke. Basically a cafeteria. Cooks are dressed in street clothes. Dressed more for taking out the garbage than cooking. Everything is old, doors, stair-tread, tables, grill.
