Terrible experience with reservation!! Would not seat us because we were too early (15 mins) despite having several tables available. Awful and rude customer service from front desk people and manager. Would never return to this restaurant and would not recommend it to anyone. The food was not that good. On the grill my food was rush not cook and tasteless

We were looking for American food at a reasonable price and this not it. The website and host were not clear. “All you can eat” is not for us and the noise level is unbearable. Our server was great and helped us pick good appetizers for a reasonable price.

Empty restaurant and lots of Staff but the staff was disorganized and not very helpful or friendly. Our waiter was good.

Bad experience we had raw food and some type of animal bug in my food
I had 2 people in my party that had allergies so their food was cooked in the back. It took longer than 15 minutes and then came out cold.

This was mine and my friends first time here and first impression were very good. The atmosphere was great. However, I got had them make me chicken, broccoli, alfredo and it was disgusting. Half of my pasta was overcooked or burnt and my broccoli was not cooked at all. My friend and I also had no idea who our server was because he only came over for drinks then never checked again. I am glad I tried it and do not regret going but I definitely would not go back.
Food options are very less. The service is not as expected. It's not worth the $ amount.

Eravamo scettici per questo tipo ristorante ma ci siamo ricreduti, si tratta di un all you can eat in cui riempi un contenitore di qualsiasi cosa tu voglia cotta su una griglia liscia e ti metti intorno a questa mezzo di cottura aspettando che i cuochi prendono il tuo cibo e lo cuocino secondo i tuoi gusti completando con formaggi o salse, il costo veramente basso per Boston e gli USA lato negativo chiaramente il forte odore di griglia che impregnava i vestiti, altra nota positiva il servizio impeccabile e la tips tra l’altr... read more
