Our server brought over drinks but then never came to check on us after that for any refills. I ended up having to shout across the restaurant to get him to come over to bring us the check.
Never had a problem before but this time we had everyone else’s food mixed in with ours. The cooks usually do a good job but this time we had everyone else’s food. My fiancé had pasta, broccoli and cheese. When she got it back it had pasta, broccoli, cheese, beef, bacon, pineapple, mushrooms, rice.

This was disappointing from the moment we walked in until we left. I am deeply disappointed that we spent my son’s birthday dinner here. We had reservations but we were told when we arrived that a party of 200 was upstairs and it would be a 30 minute wait. When we finally got to choosing our food, the cook that speaks zero English combined my son’s food with mine, and then they tried to fix it by picking my shrimp out of rice versus redoing it. Waitress was very nice, one of the hostesses almost plowed into me without stopping and then almost did so a second time. Otherwise it was the usual. The bathrooms were disgusting though and the toilet paper roll I’m pretty sure was wet from being dropped into the toilet. So gross.
Our waitress took our drinks and apps order and then disappeared for the next 30 minutes. We flagged down another waitress to try to get more drinks and cancel our app order (since we had already eaten our dinner) and suddenly our waitress appeared with our apps. It was my daughter’s birthday dinner (which I mentioned) and was met with an eye roll and no happy birthday to my daughter. We learned a hard lesson…we dropped $200 for 4 of us and will not be back again.
Food choices were low for the cost. Service was slow. The atmosphere has changed over the years. It used to be a fun experience but my past few visits have had rude guests (my daughter was pushed by a guest in front of staff and no one said anything), the food options were fewer, and staff hasn't been as friendly. Would no longer return or recommend.

do not go during brunch when it's busy. nothing is restocked, and you have to wait for a very long time for your food to get cooked. they didn't stock breakfast pastries after 1 (brunch is until 3!), and they had giant pictures of shrimp and kale over the ingredients and THEY DIDN'T EVEN HAVE SHRIMP AND KALE

Remind me of being in Wendy’s Small children running around Most importantly the food quality is below average. Frozen fish; and who eats tilapia ? Veggies is mostly green peppers and onions. The server is very nice though. In short, I will never ever come back to this place
