Have been here many times 10 years ago and beyond but it was ridiculously busy at 8pm on a Sunday night which we didn't expect. The grill line was tripled up at times. The grillers worked hard but not carefully. My daughter got a small amount of shell pasta and cheese sauce and waited forever like the rest of us and wound up with a mishmash of beef, sausage and 2 unknown sauces from the people either side of her. They had no Korean sauce? It’s supposed to be a special Korean bbq.. also I was overcharged.

I usually don’t leave reviews but, this restaurant has a rat problem. We were eating and noticed a rat run across the ground. Along with a few other guests we notified our server and he went on to say that they have their fridges off the ground and the building next door was the problem. I then got up and found the rat and notified another server and he got irritated that I notified him and responded with “so?!”. Nonetheless, I had to ask for a meal discount as my experience was ruined and they gave me half off lol.
Although they think they are food allergy aware they did not explain how things worked for new patrons and my son had an allergic reaction there. Would not recommend for food allergy families.

I first went there over 15yrs ago when it was a nice "date night" setting. It use to be a great experience. However, now... The place was so packed and noisy. It was on the same level as a Golden Corral. The tables were basically sectioned out on top of each other. We couldn't even hear ourselves talking over the conversations from the other tables. Sad day when you're afraid to eat your meal. Unsanitary environment and low quality food. Went to experience something fun but disappointment is all we ate.

After my food was cooked we headed back to the table. The chicken did not look quite right so I cut into it and it was raw inside.
Waitress didn't get our drink order until we had to ask the host three times. Went to get food at 9:03 and they refused to allow it. Our reservation was for 8pm so they will seat you, take 30 minutes to get drinks, then shut the food down at 9. I brought 5 people. Never again
