Our experience was going great until we sat down at our table with plates full of food and the host asked us to move to another table. There were plenty of open tables and the host was very rude and not apologetic at all. In return I refused to move and we sat down and ate our dinner. I will not be returning.
Business response:
We apologize for the experience you had, Donna. Our customer service is an area of great importance and using courteous language is a priority we strive for. We understand your frustration with this experience, and have passed on your review to our management team. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We hope you'll keep us in mind next time you're looking for a unique dining experience here in town.
The food was low all the times and the quality was poor!
Business response:
Thank you for dining with us, Terese. We work hard on our busiest days to keep our market fully stocked - during peak hours this can be difficult simply due to the volume of guests filling bowls at the same time. We apologize for any additional wait or frustrations this cause. We pride ourselves in serving fresh and quality ingredients in our market for guests to select from and we're saddened to hear you did not feel this was disappointing. We encourage you to give us another try!
I waited so long for the waitress to come to the table to even start to eat, and half the time it took forever for her to come back, and the things that we ask for she didn’t even do completely right
This was not the experience that we were expecting. Our bill was crazy expensive for the what little food that we ate. It was all you can eat, but it took a long time to have it cooked so we didn’t bother to have more than one small portion.
Very loud, (Your ears would hurt) very hot (not much air conditioning) and bad seating. If you are over 30 you would not like this place. Most people eating there are college age students. It’s a loud, hot college cafeteria like atmosphere. Not a good value for adult customers.
Complete chaos in there. Poorly organized and a lot of the food from other orders on the grill was being scooped into others. Server was very nice though.
Under staffed, waiting 20 mins for our drinks, and they were burning food at that grill, didn’t communicate how we wanted food
This place was just okay- for me anyway. I have food allergies, and it was VERY hard to find someone who knew the answers to my dietary questions. I spent the first hour there basically hungry-even though there was TONS of food there, because I couldn't get the information that I needed They took my items in back to cook, but as the place got more crowded and busy, I found the waiting time for my things longer and longer- but that was totally understandable! It was an experience, and I don't think that I'll ever be returning... read more
The food took way too long to cook. I spent more time waiting and didn't leave full since we had a time limit.
