Chaotic cafeteria style…stress inducing experience
We were waiting over an hour just to put our food on the grill. A staff member took about 10 people from the back of the line and put them on the other side of the grill and they were served first! We ordered our burgers cooked medium, and they were black, burnt & not even edible. The bacon was burnt too, and our side dishes were almost raw. The alcoholic drinks were mostly water. Not good food for money spent. Crowded. Noisy. Not a fan of concept. I don’t feel like filling a bowl and bringing somewhere to get cooked and wait for it. I go out to get away from prep and cooking. Maybe a good kid place but pricey for that. Wouldn’t go back.

Friends didn’t show up
It was just okay. The restaurant is not clean. Its very unkempt. The service was good.
This was perhaps the worst dining experience I have ever had. Hoping for a fun time with grandsons. Made a reservation a while ago and when we got there we were told that we would have to wait for a table. No one seemed to know what to do. It was a madhouse. I felt sorry for those who work there. Management should be ashamed.
Not my idea of dinner out having to gather my food, stand around waiting for a spot to open up to have my food cooked, having to watch carefully so my food is given back to me and ending up with bits of someone else’s food mixed in with mine.
I was looking forward to going there with my girlfriend, but this experience was not like in the past. I was seated, and then other people were seated at my table while I was getting my food prepared. One server had come over twice to check on us, no drinks, or anything. We had to ask the host for our bill. It was very unfortunate and a waste of $60
