This is fine for a single or couple but I would never come back here with kids. By the time I sat down to eat, everyone else was completely done so we didn’t even dine together. Round 1 was getting the kids their food since they needed assistance. Then another 30 minutes to get my food cooked. This really doesn’t work for a family with kids that wants to eat at the same time. Also, the raw bar didn’t have shrimp which was disappointing.

Not feeling well rote Ted during Covid with the salad bar style food. Selection of veggies to stir fry not very broad. Steel bowls were wet. To put your food in Messy food area. No gluten free starch choices and the only rice option was fried. No other rices and no gluten free noodles Sauce I got was too salty

They have signs all around about wearing a mask and yet they allow this family to walk around with no mask and be obnoxious.

Very noisy and the service was horrible starting at the front door with the hostess. Food was still good.

Overcharged $300 by waitress. She said “oh sorry”. So hot in the restaurant it was unbearable. Drinks never arrived.

Really not what I expected given the hype in the website. More of a cafeteria style Mongolian buffet. Given COVID, the protocols seem lax; however, there are gloves near a column, but you really don’t see them until after you have put your foodstuffs in the bowl so I saw no one using the gloves. Our waitress was amazing and extremely personable. The chefs on the grill randomly pull down their masks to talk speak with each other.

So hot we couldn’t enjoy ourselves. The room was over crowded and made us uncomfortable. Service was great as our waiter really tried to make experience enjoyable. No need to ever go back

We had a reservation at 8.30pm for a large party of 9. We barely had 1 round of food when they shut off the grill and rudely pointed us that the restaurant closes at 9pm. A little heads up by the waiter before we started dining would have helped us to get some more food. Also, if you are taking reservations at 8.30 you cannot expect people to finish up their dinner in half hour. The manager pitied us and gave a minimal discount which hardly was a good gesture.
