Our waitress was terrible. We waited 20 mins to be offered a drink and given cards to go to the food bar.

Ordered calamari never received it. There website clearly says they have student discount and the manager didn’t want to honor what it says online

The food was ok. Did not appreciate that the service in Boston was not like advertised on the website. I.e. checklist for meal. I seen unsupervised children and adult with there hand in the food to put in their bowls. Although everyone had gloves this can still contaminate the food if there touching other things with their gloves on. I stop eating after this. Plenty of ice in our drinks, but no fire in a literal or figurative sense. Was really just a quiet, relatively expensive dinner out with the kids for stir-fry.
I remember coming here a long time ago and it was a great time. It may be because of covid but, it almost has a fast food feel now. I've been to classier McDonalds. Our table was shaky and the ambiance was just cheap but the bill wasn't cheap. I didn't hate coming here but I'll probably just skip this place next time. It was... meh.

My sons 8th birthday
The flow of things were very confusing. When we first came in the lady at the door was explaining things very fast and then walked away, our waiter told us that it wasn’t time for all we could eat dinner but I saw people eating all you could eat food. He gave us the menu and told us that was the menu we had to eat off. Later to find out it was actually dinner time. We got there at 613pm, my reservation were for 6 and I knew there was a 15min grace period, which we met. There was two hostess, one was explaining all the covid precautions and the other was looking for a place to sit us. The one who was looking for a table for us, turned to me and said “ if you’re going to be late, we would appreciate a call to let us know.
