Waitstaff service was very slow. Food was decent, though some protein options empty and not restocked. When it came to the check, we waited over half an hour for our waiter to come back to our table and get us the check. We were paying with a couple different cards since we were dining with friends and the waiter managed to put the entire bill on only one card and nobody else’s, along with taking the cash we left. I asked for the birthday offer that they mentioned on their website, but they didn’t accept that. I brought my friends there for my birthday and I thought my food will be free as I saw on the restaurant’s website, but they said “we have to talk to our manager “ while they didn’t. It was so disappointing. More over the food wasn’t fresh enough.
Came out for my 21st birthday and waitress had no knowledge about what the occasion was for. Took 15 minutes to get just simple drinks. The food wasn’t all the rave, it came out Burnt for myself and the rest of my party, definitely is my first and last time at fire and ice.

Don’t go on College Night (Mondays). It was literal hell. Also, very much not allergy/vegan friendly. Great if you want your own food and the scraps of the person next to you’s.

I watched someone drop tongues on the ground pick them up and then put it back in the food. Sanitizing stations were all empty as no one wore their masks. Not clean at all

My only disappointment was that I had book this table for my son's 16th birthday. I had called a few hours earlier and asked the hostess to tell the server to do a birthday song and dessert. My son came home later that night and said that it did not happen. This is the only issue that came up. Thanks Steven 781-354-5663

No privacy can barely hear another person talk to you crowded can barely walk through everyone to get food and barely make it back to your table with a hot plate of food

Chef was terrible. Too worried about flipping spatulas. We all got burnt crispy noodles every time. Even when asking him to sauce a bit earlier and take off the grill, he was very rude about it. Was extremely slow as well. No more than 6 people at the grill at a time. Not impressed with him. Made my experience less exciting.
