We didn't realize that the entertainment part of the restaurant would be removed. You couldn't watch your food being cooked, you couldn't select your own food (it's form you fill out now). You just sit at the table and wait for the food like any other restaurant. Disappointing.

I went for the experience of habatchi but did not get it. The rice in my food was burnt, the food was ok but not as good as I expected it to be. I will not be going back

The price for the food is just not worth it during COVID. I know they're trying, but at $19 for lunch with a small assortment of options to pick from versus what it used to be like, no thanks.

Ordered a salad that never came and my waitress was rushing us but never giving us all our items we ordered

Very poor quality food Takes too long between one plate and the other Very short option in menu Never again !!!

Not welcoming as is used to be... I get the COVID new rules but we can’t risk service... I’m an old customer for years and from been away for so many years and been back in town all I wanted is to visit this location but all now have change... from been one of my fav places in Boston now is scratched off the list... only good thing I can note is my server, he did all he could to wait my table, the rest of the bad experience was the disorganized staff and the rude hostess...

The food was really good as usual, but the table service was terrible. The restaurant was not busy and it took 45 mins to get our first plate of food. With the 90 mins covid restriction this did not leave time for a second plate if that would take 45 mins as well.
