The place was kinda ghetto. The waitstaff just sat at the computers right near us and we’re having conversations, loud conversations. Never was asked how everything was. Never really explained the concept the the whole thing. Wasn’t that much of a choice of food to cook. Then waiting in line for our food to be cooked was crazy.

The food was good but the experience was not. I took a group of students. We looked up the restaurant beforehand and the price was just over $20. We just happened to be there on Valentine's Day. What the website didn't tell us and they did not tell us in advance when we made reservations was that they were running a couples Valentine's special that included the meal, drink, and desert. This brought each persons individual total up to $35. The manager would not allow us to opt out of the special even though the majority of th... read more

Food was meh. All pasta and not much else. Very underwhelming. Will not be back. Service was prompt and ambiance was nice. For $12.99 not a bad value but dont take a date here.

Seating happened very quick but you have to have your entire party there. Noise level was very loud but its Saturday night. Glad we left at 9 because it became over crowded and they had to make a double line for food to be cooked so if you have a large party 7 or before is a pretty good time to go for dinner and be out within the 2 hour usual stay time before it becomes over whelming. And the ice cream bar is NOT free. $6 so be aware when grabbing from that station.

Fire and Ice was a long time favorite of mine when my kids were babies. After taking them to Blue Man Group, I thought it would be a great 'big kid' experience. Sadly, Fire and Ice is not what it used to be. The building is tired, my booth was duct taped, and overall it had an unclean feeling to it. The food selection was not that great- offering very little vegetable options, a sad looking meat selection and less than desirable sauces; even the salad bar was set up oddly- with dressings in random placement.... Our server wa... read more

I was there Saturday night, I made a reservation online and resquested s booth, once I got there I told the hostess that I would prefer a booth if there was any available. If there wasn’t it wouldn’t be a problem!! she didn’t acknowledge anything I said to her she sat me a table didn’t say anything at all and left! She was very rude and dismissive! The food is always great on the plus side

The concept of fire and ice is wonderful. However the staff was not very helpful so it was confusing. My fruit punch was like koolaid syrup as it was extremely sweet. The restuarant needs remodeling as my seat was taped with duck tape and the sponge in the seat also seemed to be worn out. The food was tasty and the chefs were very accommodating.

The food was okay, not a gigantic selection of food. Not great for a large group, we had 8 people and they stuck us in the corner with the round booth. This made it very difficult to continually get up to get more food. The food was ok but not great, a few of us ended up getting sick. After all it was all said and done it came out to about $30 per person for just food a soda and gratuity. If you ask me that is a little overpriced for ok food that got us sick. Maybe we just got unlucky, I’m not sure might enjoy going back in ... read more

If you're a vegetarian/vegan, although they advertise to cater to this audience, and in theory they do with the veggie burger and pasta, the cross contamination on the grill is extreme. Of the person next to you has meat, the same spatula is used for many people regardless of if it touches the meat. Also, if they chip the person's meat up next to you, it's almost impossovle to not find a chunk of meat in your food.
