Good food. Poor show. Bad service.
We thought the price per person for dinner was $21 (as listed on the website), but they had a special $30/person price for New Years. Should have made this change more apparent. Food was decent, but did not appreciate being surprised by the check.
We went there to celebrate New Year’s eve. The place was packed and the lines to the grill were enormous. It took out all the fun of the event when we needed to stand in line for a long time to get our food cooked. The place was extremely noisy and loud. On top of that they charged us extra because of the special occasion of New Year’s Eve without letting us know in advance when we made the reservation. Other than our extremely rude waitress I had a blast at Fire + Ice
Was not happy with seating at all, cramped and wasnt accomadated
The service could've been better. We had a party of 10, with a birthday. Seven adults 3 kids. Our server wasn't aware that the birthday person was supposed to get their meal for free. He went and asked a manager and came back with the bill with a credit for a kids meal. (Bill #1 2 kids, 8 adults, credit 1 kids meal) I explained to him that an adult meal should have been free. The place was so dirty it was hard to feel good about anything. Food on the floor, garbage as you walked up the stairs, crammed into tables, no personalization of anything. The only saving grace was our waiter King or Kane.
Noisy, over-crowded, food areas a mess, sat 1/2 hour later than expected.
Place was nasty seats have tape on them the bathrooms were nasty the elevator was broken. Just poor seems like they take money and dont put it into the place. Walls need repair. Food was good. Place was nasty.
