This is a crowded and noisy venue. Food choices are just OK. No ambiance whatsoever

Fun time for teens - with or without parents. Great for meat eaters and vegetarians (food is cooked in the back for them in special pans). If I want to please the kids and have a family outing, this is a great choice. If I want to take them to a show that they are a little iffy on, offering this dinner gets them jazzed. I wish the music is merely loud and not so loud as to make conversation darn near impossible.

The concept is clever but the execution falls way short. My food was left on the grill for over 5 minutes as the person cooking it played with his bracelet. When I asked if someone could take my ( now crispy and burned) noodles off the grill, (and I politely left the description of my food out of my request), I got a snarky response and an eyeroll. Definitely not worth the money.

Crowded and noisy place. Our servant was very informative and quick response. Food is the average as chefs throw your product and cook not paying attention how it is suppose to cook(e.g. squid). Ventilation is poor, left that place smelling like spent a whole week cooking myself. If they will change the concept to more elegant, then would be perfect.

I have been to Fire and Ice before and the overall experience was much better the first time around. I'm not sure if they are under new management or what but I don't think I will be returning. The food was not the quality I remember and some of the servers seemed to me that we as customers were an inconvenience.
