Was once a great spot to take family. Now, service is subpar, menu options aren’t what they use to be & chefs should take a lesson from the quality staff over at Paramont on Charles St. Disappointing.
Hard pasta, booth was mess and looked like it hadn’t been taken care of in awhile! Dishes we not clean. The area for the sauces was gross and the soup had a layer of crust on the top. Place has gone down hill and it makes me sad : /
We’ve always enjoyed coming here, although the bathrooms are always disgusting! This time was a huge let down though as they were out of everything.
We waited 50 minutes for our table. The hostess was rude and dismissive. The food ultimately tasted good but was messy and was like slop! Tons of people waiting to have their food cooked. The cooks were really nice but it was too crowded. Our waiter was actually lovely and attentive but I gave a low rating for service because of our wait and how messy everything was. And our clothes and hair smelled like the food!
Very good food and nice environment, however, some staff were very rude and cold - especialy the hosts by the front door. Also, had to wait 20-25 minutes by the war to get a drink. I get that there were two bartenders working for guests and tables, but no one should wait that long to get one drink.
We as a family usually enjoy this restaurant not very happy got rid of alot of foods that my 11 year old eats .it was hot as ever in there and get to check time to realize u add 30.00 tip for themselves when all they do is serve us beverages and kids eat free this week and they do not give u the discount until u mention it
Food quality is poor. Service is rude.
Noisy all-you can eat place where customer does most of the work -- go around to different places to fill your bowl with various meat, fish, and veggies, and choice of many different sauces. Then you take it to a central grill where cooks prepare it on a huge flat grill. Poor quality meat, usually overcooked. Smokey and loud. Maybe fun for kids.
This place is crazy packed and the tables are too close to one another it basically feels like your sitting on your neighbors lap
