Very noisy and chaotic. Can’t even hold a conversation with your party. Value was awful for the food received and restaurant wasn’t in great shape. Disappointed with the experience :(
Never saw the waiter until check time. Never got any beverages or service. Had to ask a different server for our check. At least the guys in the grill were great.
Service is a joke , just a mess. Food wasn’t fresh at all. My experience was horrible I end up sick.
The worst part was being in the bathroom and seeing one of the grillers exit a stall after the toilet flushed, skip washing his hands, and go right back to the grill cooking peoples food! That’s enough to make me sick and never want to go back.
The idea of the restaurant is cool but my party of 11 was expected to sit at a table with 8 seats when I had a confirmed reservation in advance. They claimed my reservation had been altered when it had not, and my party was then split between two separate tables. Some of the fish was also very undercooked.
It was pretty busy, but we arrived right on time and had to wait 15 minutes to go upstairs. Then no one came to tell us how it worked for 20 more minutes. I asked a host why and he went up to multiple servers (so we had a ton of gawking, fun) and my server put my birthday coupon on and never actually said happy birthday to me. This was a total disappointment. It was so loud, food was mediocre at best, te waiter kept coming over and asking if we were finished eating. We felt rushed. I would never recommend this establishment.
The reservation process was easy, got right in without a wait, our server was friendly enough and brought drinks right away. However I felt the vegetable and toppings selection was poor. I do not eat meat so I was hoping for a large options of vegetables and I only found minimal (no red or yellow peppers, only white onions, only large slices of tomatoes for a few examples) . That last reservation was 9:30 When we got there they were closing in 30 min.. why would they schedule something 30 min before closing so unorganized.
