It wasn't for us. Burnt food, ran out of salad. We ate very little for the price we paid.
The food was fine, but the restaurant was horribly smokey. It was extremely hard to enjoy our meal while worrying about how much smoke we were breathing in. It seemed there were no vents or they weren't on or working. It was also very very dark inside the restaurant. The chefs were speedy, but most of them were unfriendly. Had to wait long time for food prep. Most servers were standing around chatting amongst themselves. Should have explained better details of how the food works.
It was Mother’s Day so we expected it to be crowded but they did not have enough staff to handle the crowd. They had one hostess checking people in which made the check in area crowded and chaotic. The ladies room needed desperate attention, there were empty toilet paper and paper towel dispensers with rolls just strewn about and trash all over the floors. Wouldn’t give us an earlier reservation and the place wasn’t half full. Charged my kid over $30 for a burger and fries and the server NEVER prepared me for that- I told him the kid didn’t want the buffet. Disappointed
A very bad experience, expensive, loud and they gave us the worst table! Not coming back!
Food and cooks great but service was terrible. Tables dirty. Soda machine down but pink lemonade was horrible!
We thought this would be fun with our friends and kids during school vacation. The service was lovely but the food for the length of the wait was not worth it and plates were sticky/dirty so we had to go through a few to get a clean one.
The one complaint I have is that we tipped our waiter $50.00 in cash on what appeared to be a $240.00 bill for a party of 9. Very generous and more than 20 %... we were stunned to find that an additional gratuity of $32.00 and some change was added to our bill without notice, the notice was on the final slip to sign not on the bill. An $82+ tip on what was a $190.00 bill (minus the gratuity and tax) is a little crazy that is nearly a 50% tip on the bill.
