This is on a bunch of "good for kids" lists, and I'm not sure why. The restaurant is chaotic and loud for dinner, and requires a big production of wandering around to "stations" to get the components of your meal and have it cooked. That may be fine for older kids, but for younger ones (8 and 6), it meant that the adults had to supervise them with their meals, bring them back to the table to another adult, and then go back for their own meals. very crowded should have had more cooks, no one(customers) new were the line started to wait for your food to be cooked. but food was good.
We arrived at our reservation early and were told our table had already been given away. What's the point of using Open Table to make a reservation if they won't honor it? Very pricey for what it is.
College night is too hectic and reservations aren't respected. It took us 25 minutes to be seated. Everything else is great.
The staff was good but the environment needs some updating and cleaning.
If you are over 30 and looking for a romantic dinner out this is NOT the place for you. Very loud and filled with parties celebrating young 20 something birthdays.
The people who cook around the big grill does not seem to know what is going on. There are 25 people standing around the grill and 6 meals being grilled. The head griller spent more time cleaning than cooking the grill. My party never really ate together. I have never had this happen the many times we had been there before. They always cooked and made things move. After many friends praised Fire & Ice, I was looking forward to visiting. Went for dinner on a Sunday evening. First impression was that the place was uncomfortably hot. When we mentioned this to our waiter the response was a terse, "yes, it is". The drinks, were very tasty. Although our waiter tried to talk us out of the Bellini saying, "everyone sends them back"! Sad that I can not give a good review. We were sweating in the bar waiting for our party. Waited for the bar tender to stop flirting with a ,friend" at the end of the bar for 5 mins when no one else was in the entire bar area. Seated in the entrance way, next to podium with no air conditioning. After being bumped 5 times on the end chair asked to have our table moved. Service was exceptionally slow .
