We've been to this restaurant a few times but not during a busy evening like New Year's Eve. Our reservations were for 3:30pm and not only did it take the host 10 min. To check us in but then we had to wait another half hour before we were seated. Then when we went to upstairs dining room (packed beyond belief) the host there didn't know where to put us. Why did we have to wait for almost 1:45 minutes and had reservations. People who just walked in after us without reservations were seated before me. Inquired about this more than three times and they kept saying ur next. Later to realize the fool had deleted the reservation. How does this happen?????? I love this place, but every time I go the food gets worse.
Wrong drink order and my food was left on the grill to the point of charred.
I've been to Fire & Ice a number of times and each time we go it seems to get worse. This was our last visit. The selection of vegetables has gotten smaller and smaller each time. When we were brought to our table, it was a terrible table and I asked for a different one. They said that was the only one, so we did sit there, but I think if they made any effort they could have found us another table. I've been a frequent flyer of Fire and Ice in the past, and was disappointed in how poor the experience was for this visit. We sat and waited almost 20 minutes for service, and finally decided to just go eat. After getting food and starting in, we were half done before a server approached. Would be hard-pressed to recommend a return visit if I wasn't already so familiar with the restaurant.
My family was very disappointed in the food there was a lot of confusion. cooks showed no ump or happiness. drinks were watered down.
Way too unorganized and chaotic.
I had made a reservation for 8:15. We went by the bar and after about 25 minutes I checked to see how much longer it would be before we got seated seeing as we made reservations and I was told not much longer. Our party noticed that bigger parties who told us that they had not made reservations were getting seated before us, probably because they would generate more money than our party of four.
