WE HAD A RESERVATION FOR 9:30. WE GOT THERE AT 9:25 AND WAITED IN THE LOBBY FOR 49 MINUTES. The hostesses were pretty rude as well as the cooks. Waitress/server however did a good job. Way too loud. Kid tolerant but defiantly not kid friendly (no kids menu).
I made a reservation and still had to wait a half hour. During which time, it took 3 of the hosts to stare at the computer reservation screen and refusing to help people. The volume of people and music was so loud it was the worst dining experience ever. Food was amazing, but I will never go back to this location.
I normally love this Fire & Ice location. However, it was St. Patty's day weekend and the wait for food was far too long, and very uncomfortable. Normally you stand around the grill with your food to be prepared on the counter. There were so many people that the ring around the grill was doubled, so you had to stand awkwardly, and in the way of others while holding your food. Waaaaaaaaaaay too noisy and crowded to be enjoyable.
This place is great if you at entertaining and can't decide ok n what everyone wants to eat. Other than that, I wasn't impressed and won't be going back any time soon. It was like bieng on a Nickelodeon game show set from the 90's
things get hectic here so made a reservation got there 10min early i still had to wait PAST my time with those who didnt make one! waiter came right away and after us getting food We never saw him again, never came back to check on us, after 45min we saw him in the distance hanging out in the corner talking with a drink in his hand and flagged him down Horrible! This place is always packed on the weekends. Even with a reservation my party of 5 had to wait an additional 35 minutes to be seated. The hostess were very nice and organized. The lobby is very small so many had to cram into the small bar area. This is not the place for you if you mind smelling like food. This place is great for interactive groups not a private gathering.
The only nice thing about our experience was making the reservations online was real easy. Service was horrible . The food market was low on the most popular foods. Had to compete with other patrons to get out food cooked. Waited 15 minutes at the grill before our food even started to cook. Got someone else's food mixed in with mine that I had to pick out. Received the wrong appetizers. Food was so-so, nothing great.
