While this was a difficult and confusing move for me, Mike hand held me through the process and never made me feel as if any of my questions were stupid. He was easy to talk to and incredibly accessible when I had random questions. He never made me feel as if I was bothering him which I am sure I was at times. Mirela went above and beyond our expectations!
