Michael was able to help me navigate an excruciatingly long HPAP process. From the beginning he walked me through some of the pain points associated with HPAP and set my expectations for everything from the pre-approval through settlement. Michael was always there when I needed and we were able to successfully close on time. Highly recommend.

I had such a great experience, although it was stressful at times. Jane made sure to answer all of my questions, and if she didn’t have answer, she would research and get back to me. As a first time homebuyer this was scary but First Heritage made it such a smooth transition. I’m super thankful! Lindsay was such a pleasure to work with. She responded very quickly to any question, and her e-mails to me were always encouraging and respectful. There is no one more knowledgeable or helpful than James. He was extremely fast when responding to the many questions that we had since we were first time homebuyers. He took the time to make sure we understood what we’re getting ourselves into and really worked with us to get the best deal possible going with anybody else but him would be a tragedy

I went into this process as a first time homebuyer and had no clue as to how the mortgage process works. Pre-approval to submitting an offer and getting all the paperwork figured out. Getting final approval from the bank and arranging the wire transfer before closing, I had sooo many questions. The worst part was this all happened at the outbreak and shutdown as a result of covid-19. I’m in construction and still worked through it all, Mariel was awesome and answered my phone calls and text messages at 7, 8 o’clock at night.... read more
