Throughout the whole process everyone from first heritage was great and very helpful. They were able to help us secure a great rate and even helped us lock in an even better rate for our mortgage. Whenever we hit a bump along the process (homeowners insurance, HOA paperwork) they were quick to call up the company on our behalf and get it squared away quickly. Overall couldn’t have been happier and couldn’t recommend a better company to work with.

This is my second home purchase and she assisted me greatly with the second purchase. She advised me for refinance and I went with it. Throughout the refinance, it was a much easier process and I'm thoroughly satisfied with everything! I would highly recommend!

My experience was one that required a perhaps unusual amount of patience and guidance. Even though I did not consider myself a novice to the process, the changes in requirements since my last processing for a loan were an exercise in frustration for me and probably annoyance for Jane Han's staff. I'm sure the ratings for this customer (me) would not be very positive but they hung in there with me without displaying the annoyance they were probably feeling and did so without condescension. While this was a difficult and confusing move for me, Mike hand held me through the process and never made me feel as if any of my questions were stupid. He was easy to talk to and incredibly accessible when I had random questions. He never made me feel as if I was bothering him which I am sure I was at times.
