Brought A tv from flex shopper fully paid for and after a few months, the TV just stopped working. I don’t know why no damage was done to it. It’s just that working. I wasn’t asking flex shopper to give me another TV. I just asked for the receipt. I contact these people multiple times and they keep telling me 7-10 business days I will get the receipt and nothing they keep giving me the runaround and come to think of it when I paid off the CV I never received the receipt.

This is the worst company that I have ever dealt with, and I have dealt with companies just as bad. For one, unless you have a weekly paycheck, this site isn't for you. They will not give you a choice to make your payments bi-weekly, semi-monthly, or monthly. Two, they will not work you if you lost your job or otherwise lost your source of income. Flexshopper went in to my account again without my permission I have no account with them my daughter does she used my card to pay a bill and flexshopper continue go in my account after I spoken with them on the phone the flexshopper customer argued with me and she have did it again.

SCAM!!!! I Would give 0 stars if I could. They dont take the payments when scheduled they take it when they feel like it which if you are on a budgeting plan can really mess your life and your credit up. FAST. Also resulting in ridiculous overdraft fees I had to dispute with my bank. **************** was a joke. I made an $1100 purchase and was told in December my payoff would be $500. After talking to many people I decided to make a purchase for a ******** switch after Christmas for my family. Within days I received notice the order was shipped and delivering soon. Within a short period the package was marked delivered - I NEVER RECEIVED IT! I took the the support email to look into this, they said it was delivered on their end and to file a claim with the carrier, I did this. DO NOT fall for this TRAP. **************** # rings then line goes dead. If someone does answer they insist canceling/returning an order isnt always possible. What a bunch of liars. Ive had the unopened item, I canceled over one month ago, on my porch waiting for *** to get it. Each time I confirm with *** oddly they never show up. The representative **** was rude. Did not help me with my issue. There should be something in writing stating that they take automatic payments. I made a payment before my payment was due and now I'm getting charged for the payment. I don't think I'll ever use this service again once my account is cleared.

Cancelled order within an HOUR of submitting. Received the order. Sent it back within one day of receiving. I still was charged TWO full payments even though I never even opened the product. I will never, ever use them again.

Im seriously disappointed with this company. I placed An Amazon.com Order on 12/13. And never got shipped Out. Im never doing business With you guys never again.It should not take an order This long to get processed.
