DO NOT fall for this TRAP. **************** # rings then line goes dead. If someone does answer they insist canceling/returning an order isnt always possible. What a bunch of liars. Ive had the unopened item, I canceled over one month ago, on my porch waiting for *** to get it. Each time I confirm with *** oddly they never show up. Today I got an email stating RMA # must be visible on the container. Hm why no one told me this back when is so they keep stealing from my bank account. Thieves preying on less fortunate folks. The representative **** was rude. Did not help me with my issue. There should be something in writing stating that they take automatic payments. I made a payment before my payment was due and now I'm getting charged for the payment. I don't think I'll ever use this service again once my account is cleared.

Cancelled order within an HOUR of submitting. Received the order. Sent it back within one day of receiving. I still was charged TWO full payments even though I never even opened the product. I will never, ever use them again.

Im seriously disappointed with this company. I placed An Amazon.com Order on 12/13. And never got shipped Out. Im never doing business With you guys never again.It should not take an order This long to get processed.

They advertise they have PlayStation 5 in stock but they actually do not. The website is misleading and false advertisements. I placed order two weeks ago. This has wasted my time in the fact that I had several chances to purchase a ps5 with other companies. I would not recommend this company. They think by apologizing for inconvenience will make it better but doesnt change the fact that I have no idea when Ill actually get my order or the fact they wasted my time. The Customer attempted to order a PlayStation 5. Due to high demand, FlexShopper was unable to immediately ship this order although there were PS5 in stock at the time of the Order but not at the time it was ready to ship. Again, we apologize for the customers inconvenience. Customer has not been charged and the Order has been cancelled.

Your account is constantly put on hold whenever a payment is processing even if they have already taken the payment from your account. Extremely unhelpful.

Greatest Scam I have Ever been in, Its incredible that they even exist. I only needed to borrow $1500.00 and the next thing I knew that after three months if I don't pay the full amount I will be charged and additional $260.00 for rental fee if I don't pay before the three months. That's like paying cash for a car and the dealership charges you for paying in full. I paid the total amount in full and now have to wait for the second check of the month from my job. Its quite frustrating I have to provide personal information to get into a chat and then again to chat with someone. Thats too many times to be providing personal information.
