I have been with FlexShopper for over 2 years. At first it was great. I paid off my first lease with them quickly. Then on new lease that is where things went bad. They will charge whenever they feel regardless of date you request. Which is why I now use a prepaid card for them. Load just enough to pay the balance. I have contacted live chat and people on phone. On the live chat, it will be ended without a resolution due to them not wanting to help. I would advise not spending any money with this company. I have 6 months of issues of being charged above what I was told over my many calls to their customer service. My first problem was payment dates. I set my payments to be taken 15th of every month. First month I was charged weekly, I called and asked why this was so, was told they charge weekly and would be now problem to set me up on a monthly payment. Useless customer service. I returned items knowing that I was unable to pay for them and I continued to be billed for weeks after my return because they took forever to process it. Now with no money in my checking account theyre taking money after a month of not doing so and Im the one with the problem.

Went to get my car serviced March 2022. I was there from 8:30a to 6pm. Didnt think I would be paying over $1000. Was offered the 3 months or 6 months pay off plan. I was told that they would take a certain amount every week and my last payment would be $25 convenient fee. Cool. Signed the contract and didnt read it. Kinda just scrolled through it, assuming it said what was told to me. July is here and they are still taking money. So, $1,343.00 is now $3,333.00. The contract said 52 months. A big headache and big mistake. I made two separate orders for two different laptops. I ordered the wrong one, and and so I made an order for the one I actually needed. I instantly called them before they shipped my order out and told them that I no longer needed it, and had ordered another one. They told me the order had been processed and that once the laptop came to my house, to return it with their labels that they emailed me. This company is a constant harassment they call all day if your one second late, and they keep charging me double when they have already taken the money out the bank, they are rude and very unprofessional. If they keep calling my phone when my bill is paid I am going to sue for harassment. Do not I repeat do not buy from this company. They are not want you want to deal with. I would also give zero stars if possible.

Explained to them my issue only for him to tell me I missed a prev payment back in APRIL being the reason I wqs double charged July 1st...even though I've made SEVERAL payments since then an wqs never double charged. I would provide 0 stars if possible. Attempted to contact with questions regarding denial of a repair request. Number to contact provided in the email from the repair team resulted in a message 'This call cannot be completed. Please try again later.' Attempted to chat, the first two attempts (selecting 'Customer Service' as the chat reason) had the chat terminated by the representative before I could finish typing in my message. Absolutely horrible experience, I would never recommend this company to anyone. First I received a defective item. (Completely understand that it was not the fault of FlexShopper). But the customer service trying to get the issue fixed was ridiculous. I finally was able to return the item, but they are still changing my account. All I get in response to this is the team will reach out via email . WHAT??? So I am just to pay for something that didnt work and not even in my possession.
