I agreed to ***** being taken out of my account with an EFTA.So far this month, they have taken an EXTRA $101.36, double payments.No one will let me speak to a manager about this situation.Every time I call about a payoff, I get a different amount quoted to me.This company should be put out of business BUYER BEWARE!

Flexshopper is a company that takes advantage of people with little money. When I was down and had to use them they continued to attempt charge my account after the item was paid off. Nearly 3 years later and they still have not resolved the issue. Terrible company, buyer beware!

This company is a complete scam, I had an initial leasing agreement last summer with them when I got my cars serviced at my local ***** discount. It was written in the agreement that payments per week would be about $70.00, pretty good, I initially authorized for the payment to come from my account each monday and they were for the first 3 or so months with them I had no issues really. This company is a rip off and preys on the vulnerability of the consumer. They are sneaky in the sense that they do not disclose that you cannot pay off your balance without paying them 60+% so really, you are paying more than what you owe in a hidden way unless you read the agreement word for word. I would never have thought that this was the case from any business so I trusted I could pay off my balance with the understanding of a reasonable interest rate but they dont even allow you to do that. I wish I could give this company zero stars Ive had nothing but bad luck and I tried to give them many chances now Im getting harassed every day By the employees Ive been told Im getting put on the do not call list but they still call me and ask me pay for a broken product that they keep saying they have to get instructions on how to return it this company is the absolute worst they have no idea what theyre doing Im surprise they even know how to breathe

horrible waited 5 days to payment to clear, bought tons of things through here, never had issue time to find new online shopping site, horrible D- stay away

I have purchases several items with Flexshopper over the last few years. My first two experienced; never had an issue. Fast forward to my current contracts. Payments were being removed just fine at first. I decided to check my bank account and noticed I had been double charged for one item on two occasions. I contacted chat and was promised a refund. I have been with FlexShopper for over 2 years. At first it was great. I paid off my first lease with them quickly. Then on new lease that is where things went bad. They will charge whenever they feel regardless of date you request. Which is why I now use a prepaid card for them. Load just enough to pay the balance. I have contacted live chat and people on phone. On the live chat, it will be ended without a resolution due to them not wanting to help. I would advise not spending any money with this company. I have 6 months of issues of being charged above what I was told over my many calls to their customer service. My first problem was payment dates. I set my payments to be taken 15th of every month. First month I was charged weekly, I called and asked why this was so, was told they charge weekly and would be now problem to set me up on a monthly payment.
