We just had Floorz in Strongsville to install our floor etc. My wife and myself are extremely happy with our floor. From start to finish all personnel and installers where very Proffesional and have done a incredible job. Is very nice to work with a company that does such a great job all around. I came into Floorz in Mayfield Heights and was greeted by Jim. I am choosing flooring for my entire house that was damaged by a fire. He was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient with the overwhelming process of making the right choices for my situation and of my budget. Floorz has a huge selection of flooring, but Jim is reason I am going to purchase and have my flooring installed by Floorz. I have gone to other flooring companies, but feel the most confident starting this process at Floorz with Jim.
The Floorz team was awesome from start to finish. They provided an accurate and competitive quote and installed my laminate floor and carpet on time and without any issues. They kept in communication throughout the entire process and delivered an awesome result.

The salesperson (Gena) was very kind and helpful, and I appreciated the flexibility of getting the estimate. I also appreciated the sales and install team working to accommodate my schedule. The installers did a great job, and now that all is said and done, the carpet looks beautiful. They were working in a small space and there was minor damage done to the wall during install, but I appreciated how quickly the company handled it and took care of it completely. Our salesperson was super helpful, very kind and knowledgeable. The carpet installers were excellent as well. They did a beautiful job . The price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Floorz .
