Man man from ****. This so called ?company. In so stalled my panels on December 27 ****. As of may 3 **** my solar system does not work!!!!!!!!! My roof was damaged!!!!!!!! Still not fixed. They sent someone to upgrade my fuse box that never pulled a permit!!!!!! That job is not finished. Dont use this company run for the hills. If you live in **** I have filed a complaint with the state attorney )
Well, where do I begin!!??? The ************** or should I say lack of service has been frustrasting, challenging, most of all disappointing. phone calls were never returned, Techs do not show up on time or cancel at the appointment time. the techs left my house door open for hours burning up Propane heat, and walked through my house with muddy boots. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I signed my papers back in February 2022 and it is currently April 2023 and the panels are still not functional. There is so much miscommunication across departments, and it takes months between each step to inch forward in the process. I have three had inspectors sent to my house at three different occasions just to tell me that my breaker box needed to be changed -something I already knew when I signed my papers initially back in February. Horrific experience and our family would highly CAUTION anyone when contemplating using this company. The salesman (*****************************************) sold my family a line of BS - making false statements just to make a sale. Upon signing the contract the nightmare began. We immediately contacted him and he was unresponsive. We contacted headquarters and they instructed us to reach out to the salesman again which we did via email, text and phone message - again unresponsive. I had an absolutely horrible experience with the installation process. It took nearly an entire year from the time I signed the papers to when the system was up and running. And it took months of painful communication to even get to that point. Now the panels have been up for over a year, and a dark spot appeared directly under one section. Potential repairs for damage due to the panels is supposed to be covered by Fluent... Buyer beware. The entire process with this company was painful. Poor communication, over priced, trash was left on the property after installation, and took several months before operational. Purchased in October, finally operational in March. I expressed my concerns that the system was not sized properly, but that was quickly dismissed by support. I would not recommend this solar company. I should have done better research before purchasing from Fluent Solar. Very frustrating....
Theyre a corrupt company that latent upfront about the process, and fees. They tell you its free but they turn around to charge you $1500 because you cancelled their overpriced service. Please Stay away! Please avoid this company.
