Salesman promised significantly more solar output that is Recieved. This is after he said I always under promise and over deliver. Sold the idea of earning credits from the utility company when there was no way our system was enough to earn credits no less offset our electricity usage in ANY month. Very dishonest salesman and company. Neither will ************* after installation.
Great sales people but very poor communication with customers. It has been two months and we still haven't heard from company regarding update on project. So far, we haven't been out any money but...... I'm hoping to void any contract. Not very happy with this company and their constant run around. Would give no star if possible.
If I could give no stars I would this company is a big scam, we never wanted to go with this company for Solar, we just wanted a estimate and now that are trying to get us to pay a cancellation fee of ****, they keep calling us and sending email to which we called them and told them all what has happened and all they want to do is put the blame on someone else and argue with the client . What a scam of a company
Absolutely the worst company Ive ever dealt with period! I totally regret getting involved with them ! They constantly make excuses why their people are a no show which is a constant problem and no calls to advise you of a no show! The one day install is now 3 months and is still not complete! **************** is nonexistent. Save yourself a total nightmare and use someone else!

Do not trust salespeople! Salesman came to my home and was informed that I was a disabled Veteran on fixed income and was paying for electricity at $300 a month and I did not want to go over that amount. He tried to say I can take solar off of my taxes, which I informed him that I was on fixed income and we do not itemize. Initially contact was for $305 at ****%. This company is not to be trusted. After promising to make sure that our roof was in good condition prior to installation we developed a leak, even though we had informed them prior to buying our system that we were concerned that the roof may have needed to be replaced before they installed their system. When we did have problems after the install it took almost three weeks for them to send someone to inspect the roof. Our overall experience with Fluent Solar was not great. Some of our issue lands on xcel energy taking their time, but communication and follow through on the part of Fluent was poor. 4 months after install, our panels are finally up and running. We spent weeks at a time waiting to hear updates from our then project manager about what was going on, had they gotten the go ahead from xcel after the new smart meter was installed, and so forth. the fluent salesman said that we would get a refundable tax credit when we file to put it towards our loan for the panels to get it paid off quicker. that's a bunch of bull$h!t. its a non refundable credit.if i would have known i would not have went solar
