Verified Renter We’ve lived here for only 4 days now, but so far the residents have been very friendly and welcoming. We love our location in the complex and our dog loves going to the dog park.

Verified Renter Overall, my apartment experience has been a positive one, though there have been some negative aspects, I do appreciate the convenient location, responsive staff, and over all comfort of the unit. I have encountered a few issues during my stay that had affected my experience at times but despite these challenges, I am generally satisfied with living at Fountain Villas and would definitely recommend.

Verified Renter i love the apartment and the area! the only issue like most apartments is maintenance. we waited about a week for our dishwasher to be fixed but when i went down to the office to ask i had someone come up the same day. i definitely enjoy living here over all
