Verified Renter It was a great moving experience, everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The apartments are beautiful, quiet, clean, and pet friendly which is amazing. The bark park is also very spacious for all dog sizes! We love our apartment and the whole complex, we definitely would recommend living here!

Verified Renter My family and I love living here! It has been a wonderful experience. We did have some issues with maintenance response times but we found out they were short staffed and they came and helped us. Other than that, neighbors are kind and friendly and area is always kept cleaned up.

Verified Renter Fountain villas is one of the most luxurious apartments I have ever resided at. The floor plan is beautiful and there is enough space for just 2 people. Has so much storage space and it’s beautiful overall.

Verified Renter I wish there was lightbulbs for the fans in each room and living room. It’s more difficult around night time especially if you don’t have lamps but, it’s pretty dark and you would have to turn on a light from the hallway or kitchen.
