This has been the worst place that I have lived in in Brevard County. While living here the place as a community is nice but the buildings are not in liveable conditions as you can see in the photos mold and mildew are rampant here. The German roaches in our building was bad and others report bugs as well but everyone has reported mold. They use Massey as their exterminator and they do not show everytime you have to keep putting in a work order they will then blame you for the bugs and mold and keep leaving notices on your d... read more
