Verified Renter My leasing agent was very attentive and communicated in a timely manner.When it came to getting things done to sign my lease with fountain villas. The clubhouse was very appealing and clean.As well as the walk through of the property is what sold me.

Verified Renter WE enjoy living here but things seems to be declining in the last year or so. Junk Cars, people parking in handicap spots that should not be, weed smoke filtering into our apartment all the time.
Verified Renter Fountain Villas are secluded but in the heart of Bevard County. The staff & amenities are top notch. They have open floor plans & plenty of parking.
