First at the desk when picking up my vehicle , the clerk tried to charge me for $350 in insurance after I said I was waiving it. My car had the following issues ... bald tires (bad traction) oil change light on, low key fob battery light on, a slow leak( I had to get air every other day ) the brakes and steering made a whining noise , at 65 miles an hour the vehicle would shake .. I had 2018 Dodge Journey , a standard Suv ( no back up camera) . This place is cheap, but had I known I Would paid higher prices for a better car ... read more
The rental car place is far away form the airport terminal and at the en do of the day they charge you more than the companies who are located on the terminal.
awful company awful cars....never again
Not honest about transportation to airport. Clearly handicapped clients left at ground transportation center with no way to get to gate. Vehicle wonderful but bus to airport terrible NOT FOR ELDERLY AND OR DISABLED
was not told there was a 1000.00 charge to rent a car. will never rent from them again onward to budget rent a car.

My pregnant wife and I waited for over an hour and a half for a shuttle that never came despite the fact I called multiple times and they assured me it was 10 minutes away. Finally, at 3am I paid for an XL Uber (because 3 other people were also waiting and we wanted to help them) to get us there. Turns out they didn't even bother to contact the shuttle driver until we got there and complained. The manager assured me they would make it right but it's been 10 days and nothing has happened despite me reaching out multiple times... read more

shuttle drivers are rude the lines are long to pick up a car they don't help you with your bag.. everybody looks at you behind the counter like your a UFO..I wait in line for 30 min... the morning driver seen like he was falling to sleep behind the wheel.....never again

How do I start? I can't list negative stars. Reserved a van for a family of six. Arrived and no van. The manager Vernon lovr ( not capable of managing a small men's room) has the worst customer service I have ever seen. You would be treated better in a prison camp. This guy did not even know corporate phone number. I would rather buy a carrot and mule and have it take years to arrive than ever deal with this company again. They are in ORLANDO and apparently want to emulate Disney as they quite possibly are the biggest Mickey... read more
