Frontier Ford Review Excellent all around service as always!! However, I emailed Ford Corporate regarding a separate issue - I asked them why my AM radio's reception is so bad-at least the channel I listen to (560). My husbands Infiniti and my daughter's Equinox both have great reception even under overpasses! I just don't get why my Explorer's reception is so bad and can it be fixed? Just wanted to let you know. Service at Frontier is GREAT!!

1997 E-350 (V-10) Emission Control System Concern Brought my E350 (V-10) Chateau Van in for 222,000 mile maintenance. Very satisfied with that service. Expressed concerns that past smog test emission results have been on the rise over recent years and I am worried that the vehicle may not pass required CA emission standards for Dec 2017 or 2019. Service Review I'm very happy with the service but extremely disappointed with the CPO experience I've had. Replacing brakes, rotors, tires and transmission flush all within 10k miles is not acceptable.

Excellent Repairs/Service. Mediocre communication The service on my vehicle took two weeks to complete. I understand a lot was going on, and I am grateful the entire $6500 repair was covered by the Ford Powertrain Warranty, But, two weeks? And at no point was I offered a rental car. In fact, when I inquired, I was told a rental was not covered. My biggest grip was, what I consider a lack of communication.
