Great Experience The service was great, however (and this is a minor inconvenience), the Next Service appointment sticker had the current date and mileage instead of for my next service date and mileage. I will have to bring my car back in to correct.

Service/Ford Escape My Ford Escape was the second vehicle I have purchased from Frontier Ford. I make appointments for service and get in, it seems like sooner than just showing up. The service advisor was helpful in listening to me on the service I wanted. He didn't try to"sell" me any other services. I also like it when the tech, that works on my vehicle, may see something that might need to be taken care of at a later date and puts that in a report for me to read over.

Didn't even intend to buy a Ford... :0) Solid experience overall. Originally came in to look at options for my boyfriend but he wasn't quite ready to pull the trigger. While Calvin worked with him, I wandered off to check out the Ford Edge, a car I had never looked at before. Between Calvin and Kyle, I learned a lot about the vehicle and ended up loving it.
