Slow but good perks Made an appointment and came in on time for an oil change at 12:30 pm. Was told it would take 1.5 hours which was unexpectedly long. Luckily I was offered a ride back to work which I accepted. At 2pm I called to get a ride back and unfortunately there wasn't a driver available so I took an Uber. The car was ready when I got to the dealership and the check out was quick and easy. My only wish was that the speed of service (especially with an appointment) was more reasonable. Not applicable As usual, I had the same pleasant experience I always have when I bring my Ford F-150 in for service. The staff is friendly, professional, and communicate with me promptly before proceeding with work not previously agreeed to. The service advisor always give me an approximate time the work will be completed, and has never been wrong. The work is always done right and my truck has never given me a minute's trouble. Great Customer Service! Francisco Ramirez was very kind, understanding, warm, and went out of his way to make me feel at ease about my service. Based on my interaction with him alone, I would personally recommend Frontier to my friends and family. The only small issue I could even think about is that communication when my car was done with service had to be prompted by myself (and at 3:00pm right before the Service Center closed at 5). Otherwise; I am very happy with the service and support I received from Frontier.

A little disapointed I was asked if I could leave the explorer with service over night while a part is ordered to fix it. I called Ford to approve the fix and to agree leaving the auto with service. I did not receive a call back in conformation. I had to plan a ride home from work but I was waiting for a call from service, After three tries, no call!...
