I've been a customer for almost 10 years. I've been happy with their service the whole time, until the time previous to my most recent service. Something changed at Frontier around that time. They were completely dis-organized. They kept my car for 5 or 6 days. That in itself may have be unavoidable, but not informing me what was going on and giving me the run around for days was unacceptable. Very happy with Frontier Ford service dept. Everything went smoothly. Came in got written up, waited for my 1st service, the vehicle was brought up when it was completed, and I was off.
