The Zaktek service was done very well. Although it is a redo and should have been done this way the first time. Michael was very good at communicating and following up and through for a better customer's satisfaction. No fault of Michael’s but a better checkout service for the customer needs to improve instead of the customer being handed the keys and telling you where your vehicle is parked.
