Carlos was amazing. Carlos was amazing. He was a pleasure to deal with had our vehicle ready for us. The negotiation and sale process was seamless. My only concern is the amount of time we had to wait in order to complete the paperwork (about an hour). You might want to have additional administrative staff on weekends to expedite the process.
