I bought a new F150 Powerboost on March 31. There have been 4 major issues on the truck in the first two months. The truck has spent two weeks in the shop. I've been without a truck and called Ford to find out what can be done given this is a 'brand new' truck. Ford said it is the responsibility of the sales manager at Frontier Ford to figure it out. No chance of improvement Customer satisfaction is the lowest priority . I was made to follow their procedure, come with a cashiers check and along the way told they sold it. No commitment

They Said they had the part for my airbag recall. I Dropped the truck off overnight. Called first thing in the morning they said they would call me back. They never did. Around 1 o clock I call back and talk to Kenya . She puts me on hold for 30 minutes then the phone hangs up. I call on my phone over and over again and no answer from anyone at the service department. I grab my buddy's phone and call again this time they answer right away. They purposely ignore my call. I do not like handing out 1-star reviews, but in this case, the location has earned it. In August 2022, my property caught on fire due to a car accident - I had two cars that were damaged during the incident (in addition to our property) which required me to purchase a new vehicle quickly. I had been interested in the new Bronco Sport, and this location had a few available. I would give a 0 to be honest with you, we purchased our 2022 F-150 about almost a year ago June to be exact, at first they are excellent at giving the best customer service, but after that it's hard to get someone to help you, we have recalls on our truck, we have been trying to get them to fix them, they keep telling us the part needs to be ordered, it's been almost a year and your still trying to order it! **Buyer Beware** I can only speak on my experience the other night but the sales and finance team lied to us and then tried to cover up a financing error on their part. We were told options to buy the truck ahead of time and once the contract was ready, there were added charges that we had to have corrected. More importantly, they didn't want to accept the payment methods for the truck forcing us to finance. Horrible customer service and quality of parts, no one in our family will be allowed to buy a ford vehicle again, our work van broke down due to a recall (cheap rubber fitting) we took it to the repair center where it's stayed for 8 months . Recently took my truck in for an exhaust issue. I was told by them that my filter was clogged which then meant it had to be "regenerated". They said that they would do the regeneration. They also said if this procedure didn't work it would then cost me $10,000 to fix this issue... Well low and behold I was told that the "regeneration" issue didn't work so it would cost me. Boy....sure says something when over half of their reviews are 1-star. Anyways, my experience here was absolutely disgusting. If you don't know already, Ford has issued multiple extensions on their "Customer Satisfaction Program" for replacing their faulty transmission control modules; meaning that if your TCM fails, Ford is liable to cover the costs of replacing the TCM for you.
