Sheila Thompson (sp) was amazing. I called to find the best rate and she walked me through step by step with detailed explanation of all fees. No one has ever been that helpful and pleasant in all of my years with electricity providers. She didn't pressure me to sign up immediately and gave me her direct line to call back after speaking to my husband. I found this to make me even want to work more with her/Frontier. Frankie seemed very knowledgable about the service providede and based off my past usage recommended a plan that I believe is good enough for my home
I called twice to Frontier Utilities, and the representatives (both times) were very concerned with my necesities and my understanding of the different plans they offer. They cleared out all my doubts and made it easy for me to understand all the charges that will come in my bill. I chose the Easy Bill 12, since I only consume an average of 1,200 kWh a month. I'm going to pay much less now than with my current energy provider. Thank you, Frontier!
