I called to switch my electric provider over to Frontier. The representative I spoke with was efficient, friendly and informative. After he got me all setup, he transferred me to a sales manager who immediately answered and quickly verified all the details. I appreciate this extra step of quality assurance. Great experience!

The agent I spoke with was very helpful. He took time to thoroughly answer my questions without feeling rushed. He was very pleasant and helpful. Very good customer service!
My contract with the Rep is due for renewal very soon. My call to customer service was handled superbly. The employee taking my initial call kindly and promptly arranged for me to speak with a sales management supervisor per my request. My questions to that person were fully addressed. The discussion was helpful and aided my understanding of their operating policies and procedures. Time taken for the talk was of no concern to the manager. I hope to renew my account when the deadline arrives.
