Completely inaccurate on notifications. I've set it up to let me know when my kid arrives at home or school. I get a notification hours after I drop him off that he has arrives. Also cannot shorten the range so he can be anywhere within 2 blocks of the house and it will say he's home. Location will only show where he is (maybe) instead of summary of where he's been. Gave us a number in another area code instead of somewhat local and no option to change it.

1yr+ Gabb mom here, sorry to say GPS tells me my kid is leaving home when she's leaving school despite the name of zones. And at weird times also she's not getting my txt messages, and I've checked her phone it's not like Im Blocked or restricted somehow. We have turned her phone off and on. I'm leaving review now as i was checking to see if my gabb app was UTD for this reason. I'm not sure what else to say. She left school grounds a few weeks ago during lunch. I wish GPS would have told me.

App won't let me in. Ever since they updated the phones to include new apps, I can't get into mygabb. It supposedly emails me a code to verify it's me and sends it my email even though the account is under my husband's email. The email never comes so I click resend then it says they don't have a record of my email address. The website won't let me update my email which is listed as username even though I log in with my husband's email. It also won't let me track phones on the website. Useless.

GPS tracking has not been working. I have tried multiple times for a couple days now and it still won't work. This is the main reason I got my son a phone for when he is not with me. Very frustrating!

DO NOT GO WITH GABB! Gabb is for children. Children lose things. The tracking option is useless. I purchased the insurance and they wouldn't cover the phone. They also won't allow me to pause the account without financial repercussions. I wish I'd never chosen this company. It's best just to go with Verizon, purchase the "Smart Family" option, then disable the internet and apply other safeguards from there. My name is Javelle Alanis.

Can't locate the device. It says last updated was 3 days ago. But it always says that. She isn't at home but it always says the device is at home. I think we will be going back to the other phone options. The best thing about this tho is no internet access.
