We love the watch but the app is kind of glitchy and could use some adjustments. For example in safe zone setting it says you can “tap to set a location” but the function doesn’t work, and the radius doesn’t really get small enough. To set a location you have to input an address, so this combined with the radius issue means that his “school” zone includes the adjacent highway. It would be incredibly helpful to parents to be able to have a to do list for kids (especially on school days) that repeats itself. Being able to only list 3 activities isn’t helpful. Would love to remind my child to brush teeth, pack lunch, grab homework, make bed, feed dog, etc. These are daily chores that I’d love to be able to remind my child to do. Also, a separate am/pm option for chores would be helpful.

Options for updates / improvements: - Would love to see the Daily Tasks stay as Daily tasks or have a “recurring” setting for daily, weekly, etc. As of current, you have to add them as a new task every day. - There isn’t a way as a parent to see how many coins they have currently received. - Would love to have the option to update all profiles all at one time or just individually. The initial set up has that option but after that, its no longer available. - The Lock Mode option keeps changing when the kids receive a message ... read more

Everything about the watch is alright but the GPS location is not accurate and there’s very little information online that would allow people to troubleshoot on their own. The other frustrating part is that their customer service set up is email only, with a wait of 2-3 business days. So we are unable to confidently use the device once we get it because one the most important features is wrong. After researching watches with gps for kids. Gabb won.. and my little loves it. I highly recommend this watch.. I love that it has everything needed to keep in touch and not a lot of games and apps.. it’s perfect!
