Mostly good except: Can't make a group thread with kid and more than one parent---so I don't know what other parent has told kid unless other parent texts me separately which is annoying. Sometimes texts have taken 40 minutes to arrive. Not usually, but it's really not helpful when I'm trying to remind my child at a certain time to get on the school bus. The phone number displaying on my app doesn't match the number my child calls from. I have submitted this to the helpdesk twice in 5 weeks.

Hi Stacey! Thank you for this review!
While I think there are some things about the app and sign up process that could use improvement, Gabb's customer support is responsive and informative. They reached out to me and helped resolve an issue very shortly after posting a review. Thank you again Loren.

Business response:
Hi Ted! Thank you for this review!
It's easy to use and works good on the exact location when it does work. But sometimes location won't work for awhile or be slightly off.
Business response:
Hi Ariana! Thanks for this review! We are sorry to hear that the GPS location seems to give you some trouble at certain times. We would be happy to help take a look into that with you and get that figured out! We have reached out!
We love the Gabb phone (my daughter has her second one), but the app is frustrating. The GPS location rarely works when I open the app. Most of the time I have to delete and reinstall and link the device again. But even then it doesn't always track even though it will ping to locate so I know it is synced. It currently says last seen 10 hours ago. All our features of the phone are excellent, but the tracking isn't reliable.
Business response:
Hi Elizabeth! We apologize for any issue you might be having with your GPS locating! Could you send details of what you are experiencing to our customer support at https://gabbwireless.com/? They would be more than happy to help get this working properly for you guys!
Love this. Easy to communicate with our little one.
Business response:
Thank you for your review! We are so happy to hear you love it!
