App is working for watch so far other than being able to set up lock mode. The options for settings the hours doesn't work on Pixel 6 and therefore we cannot create a schedule for lock mode. Edit: in case anyone else has this problem, the numbers for the time are not using a standard time picker. Instead, you have to scroll your finger up and down on the number which is not standard on Android. 4 stars out of 5 for not using standard Android UI practices ;)

The watches are great, but as many others have mentioned, the GPS tracking needs improvement. I have never had issues with any of the watch features aside from GPS. I am able to locate my children, but it takes a minute or two to actually get said location. Usually, I have to click "locate," wait for 30 seconds or so while it tries to update, and eventually I have to just close out the app and reopen it. Once I open the app again, it shows me the updated location.

But one problem of your gabb wireless app is there is no contact number it is a hassle for somebody who cannot use internet on their device and the other person has to do it for them their mother or their friend this phone is not only made for children is also made for special individuals that are not allowed to have the internet.

I have been fairly disappointed with this app. It regularly loses my child's watch - we have to restart at least once a day. I recently had to uninstall the app because it 'forgot' that I had any devices registered. I love the watch and the way it works - when it works. If you're looking for reliability I'd suggest you go elsewhere though. *Update - the Gabb team was very helpful addressing this. I think most issues have been solved, although still have occasional issues with step tracking.
