The watch was working great. However, the watch and app suddenly no longer show my daughter's location. The app says it could be that the watch is turned off (I was holding the watch in my hand, powered on), there's no network (there's signal), or we're in an area with a low GPS signal (which we're not). Now I'm getting annoyed because we already had to replace her watch after it was lost in an Uber. I've tried the troubleshooting steps with no luck. This is getting old, fast.

I was planning on buying the service for the phone but the 3e watch has had too many problems. great when we first got it but now just constant issues. Sound doesn't work on watch for incoming calls and texts. GPS lag is horrible. On the school bus it wouldnt update location for almost 45 minutes. So if he was kidnapped just simply would never get my kid back. Not worth buying.

update: gabb customer service reached out to me with a half-hearted attempt to find out more information about this review only for that experience to also lag. this company advertises services that they cannot provide and does not have the customer service to back it up. user interface lags greatly. doesn't store zone information and constantly resets with old information. lags with location tracking.

No way to use the phone without an expensive contract that provides almost no features. Just buy your kids an old iPhone/Android, at least it will have the features your kids need without requiring a contract.

I have been a customer for 5 years. In the beginning with my oldest it worked amazing and did everything promised, especially the GPS. Now with my two younger it has been completely unreliable and the the app nor the devices locations NEVER update. I am canceling and getting Bark.

The location services will update anywhere from 30 seconds to 1 hour after arriving at/departing from a "safe zone." The notifications are spotty. The amount of times you have to disconnect & reconnect the watch to the app just to get it working correctly is ridiculous. Save your money & energy - don't buy a Gabb watch.

They have Nothing I used a gabb phone for 2 years and honestly they suck if you are considering a gabb phone don't pull the trigger if u are an android user get a free pixel 10a and use Google family link. their services are the worst I have to ask for music that never makes it on that is a blatantly anti consumer strategy and the price gouging is awful and I asked for the wyze app for my watch and they said no I needed their watch all in all gabb is an awful a company
This thing is terrible. I just paid for a plan because you have to do that before setting up the watch, but I keep getting the same error messages after pairing device and attempting setup. I guess I will have to dispute the charge with my credit company since it won't even work.
