App constantly crashes and takes forever to locate where the watch is.

Can install barely anything, and GPS is incorrect.

I am now on my 4th Gabb watch which is also now no longer working and I will have to call Gabb yet again. Every watch has stopped functioning after only a few months, the app only accurately locates the watch maybe once a week. It constantly puts my child in locations she is not and has me worried all the time. It unpairs randomly from the watch constantly and I have to do 4 or 5 factory resets until I can get it to pair again, and even then it only works for a day or two. Stuck in the contract.

Disappointed! im frustrated and disappointed. I got the watch as a Christmas present for my daughter and im spending more time trying to figure out task. it's only been a month and my daughter is not able to view her task.

Avoid Gabb service completely! If you are considering this as a potential management system for your kids devices dont waste your time or effort. No control, absolutely NONE by the parent. The app itself doesn't work 90% of the time. Do yourself a favor and avoid, walk away and use something else.

GPS tracking rarely and inconsistently working - as delay between 15mins to 1day... Very frustrating. Customer Service has always been excellent (as I probably spent total of 40 hours in the past 4 years) but at the end of the day, if one of the main feature for this phone/app isnt working, it is not meeting my expectations. In the process of switching...

does not update for over a week and support does nothing about it

The location on the watch has stopped working. On the app on my phone, the location/info hasn't updated for 8 days. I've restarted the phone, uninstalled/reinstalled the app, checked permissions, checked for updates on watch and phone, checked WiFi/data and night has worked. One of the main reasons my son has the watch is to check his location. If I can't do that, we may as well have a different device.
