I've had to completely reset multiple times, which means adding all focus times, contacts, tasks, alarms, etc back in over and over. Today is the first day of school, and the location hasn't updated for 18 hours, even after restarting the app and refreshing multiple times. the reason we have this is so that I can track her to meet the bus, so I dont see any reason to continue service.

Nearly useless. Years back this was a good product but ever since they grew and idk, got greedy and outsourced to the subcontinent, the quality and support have gone rapidly downhill. Just waiting out our contract now.
