GSL ended up offering a higher rate offer than what was initially offered through the Zillow page. GSL claimed this was a Zillow error and was following up with Zillow to correct it. I don't know if this zillow error was ever corrected.That said, I stuck with the "2nd" GSL offer and everything else moved along pretty smoothly. Anthony was very responsive to my questions and kept me informed along the way. Closed within a few weeks of initial contact.

Anthony responded to my request for re-financing very quickly and provided a very competitive rate. He answered all my questions and followed up on all the steps in the re-finance process. I decided shortly before leaving the country for a month on business to begin a refi. Anthony and Brandi worked with me across continents to get all the required paperwork finished in a timely manner. I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the service and assistance I received. When I returned to the States my closing was scheduled quickly and went off without a hitch. I would recommend Garden State Loans to anyone and have, in fact, referred a family member to them.

Excellent experience from start to finish! I found a great rate for my refinance on the internet with Garden State Home Loans(GSHL) but was skeptical about calling because I usually do business based on recommendations.
