I was referred to Jake through a former client and couldn't be more pleased. He was proactive in his outreach and touch points and available whenever I had a question. His entire team made the process simple and worked very well with the other people involved (insurance, title, attorney, realtor, etc.). As a first time homebuyer it was certainly a learning experience but Jake did a nice job of breaking down what everything meant, the timeline and what to expect.

Jake was great, always available for prompt and efficient communication. Everything moved along quickly and without a hitch; Jake (our loan officer), the processors, underwriters, and closers were all on top of things. We had the first house fall through due to a very low appraisal and intransigent sellers but Jake saw us through that entire process, and without missing a beat got us started on a new loan when we found another house soon after. First of all, Jacob gave me rock bottom rates and fees that no other lender/broker could touch and at no expense to customer service. There wasn't one question unanswered or day wasted processing my loan or completing the sale. We closed in record time. Kudos to Heather as well the underwriting team.
