I started with my refinance by checking with 3 mortgage companies and Jacob Snow at Garden State Loans was by far the best. I was amazed at how much better GSL was than the competition. Jacob was professional and extremely responsive from start to finish. He was there for the entire process which didn't take long as he was quick and responsive. It was a painless process.

Matt and his team were nothing but helpful. They were always available to answer my questions and made this usually stressful process one that I could comfortably get a handle on. From the first phone call before I got pre-approved, he took into account my situation and what I was looking for out of my purchase so I never felt pressure, I always knew that he and his team had my best interest at heart. Once I got my papers in order, everything went smoothly and closing was a breeze!

Jonathan was awesome in answering all of our many many questions as first time home buyers. The mortgage process is quite confusing but he took the time to educate us and was always available....even after hours. He was able to get us a great rate that was lower than expected. We would work with he and his company again in a heart beat...but for now we are busy moving into our dream home! Thank you again Jonathan!

So many 5-star ratings it couldn't be true... but it was! From the very beginning when working with Scott to discuss the details and get the application in, to working with Kate (thanks, Kate!) on the docs necessary to get it into and approved by underwriting - the whole experience was really professional, friendly, and more than I expected.
