Matt Prizzi was great throughout the entire lending process. We actually had a unique situation, as we ended up backing out of a house after the inspection and putting an offer in on another house a couple weeks later. This was my second time buying a home with Matt Prizzi. He was always helpful and reachable. He walked us through each step and we felt the process went as smoothly as possible. When we had to back out of our first attempt at buying (based on the inspection) and quickly found another, he was able to keep the same closing date for us! It saved us money and a ton of hassle.

This is my 5th loan with Garden State for both refi’s and new purchases in last 2 years. They make the process simple and service team is excellent. My representative was upfront on all the terms and no problems or changes in the end. I would not hesitate to use hem again.

Matt and his team at Garden State Home Loans were great to work with. Any time I needed some help they were available for a call or email. The entire process was handled online and I could check the status of any questions or requested documents. The whole mortgage procedure was pretty painless(other than having to pay the closing costs!). I recommend Matt and his group if you want personalized home loan help.

This was a very complicated refinance for several reasons. but Matt and his team moved the process along at a steady pace. I really don't think another mortgage company would have been able to accomplish this in the same period of time. I will never go to anyone else. They are fantastic.
