Like everyone else always skeptical of what appears to be a good deal, especially online. Thanks to all the great reviews, we felt confident to call Garden State Home Loans. What a GREAT EXPERIENCE from start to finish. They accommodated our request for a 45day closing with prompt service and follow up. Rates were better than my bank and credit union. NO HIDDEN FEES. I was referred to GSHL by a friend and can't thank him enough. GSHL made the re-fi process painless and we closed within 3 weeks from my initial contact with them. I think the total time I spent on this re-fi was 3 hours and that includes the time the appraiser and the title company notary were at my home. You start by filling out some basic info and then you upload your docs and there really isn't too much else you need to do other than get the appraisal done. Susan offered a nice selection of different products offered. Was available for questions and helped the process for my family’s new mortgage on our new home move along smoothly. I was impressed. As a side not I did mortgages in the past so I knew what to look for when I started looking for a mortgage for my next home. I was wary at first because I had never heard of Garden State but man am I happy I decided to follow through. Garden State made the entire process extremely easy and offered the best rate by far. Joe was with me from the beginning. Even as my loan moved from area to area he was always there to help with any questions I had. I would definitely recommend them to others.

They closed out loan super fast and we moved in right away. My husband is in the army and we needed to move fast to avoid a long hotel stay while in transit. Justin helped us along the way and everything went smoothly. He was at our closing at the title company and was very helpful

I had to refi my house quickly and Garden State came through. Submitting all your paperwork through their secure program is awesome. Rate was the best around and closed in less than a month even with Christmas and New Years in the mix. No knit picking underwriters either! Great company will do business again. Thank you!
